“I visited most of our relations again in the south & found them all well they think that I am having quite a gay time of it getting so much leave and free railway passes & I guess I have been fortunate in that respect, they are quite busy in this house just now with boarders yesterday (Whit Mon) was a big day at the seaside great crowds come down from Newcastle and round about, there was a circus here yesterday also; there were some very good performers at it.”
