“The weather has turned out very squally to day, with the result that the ships is rolling great guns, quite the worst we have had, & yet we are told that it is only a mere trifle. We are sailing along here & we have no idea in the world where we are going, even the Captain of the ship does not know, simply a case of follow the leader”
