Dear Mother
So far we have survived the big push & are all pretty well. Chris Millar got a bruised hip but was only away a day or two & has returned to the Coy. All the other W’side boys are well as far as I know. The next two days will decide it. We have had a hard time but expect a good rest in a few days. Have to leave now for front line so Goodbye. Hope you are not feeling over anxious. Excuse scribble as it is just about dark
